The Consus Group performs custom searches for contracts and agreements. Upon
request, TCG will scour our internal and external resources to locate agreements
by type, party, and/or date. Custom Document Searches enable customers
to obtain hard-to-find documents quickly and inexpensively.
How It Works:
- Step 1 – Pay Service Fee. Click appropriate button to pay TCG’s
non-refundable Service Fee.
- Step 2 – Receive Confirmation. You will receive 2 emails after payment:
(1) a receipt; and (2) a TCG order form. (Many email accounts route incoming
mail to “junk mail” folders. Ensure your account’s spam filter will not prevent
you from receiving TCG’s email.)
- Step 3 – Complete Order. Use TCG order form to specify parameters of
your document search (e.g., title, party, date). TCG will email the
search results by Turnaround Time deadline.

documents themselves. Access to the actual documents requires additional
purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Your Order
1. Turnaround. “Turnaround Time” means the time from order to
delivery. The turnaround period begins when the customer completes and submits
The Consus Group’s order form; it ends when The Consus Group emails the customer
instructions to access the search results.
2. Service Fee. “Service Fee” means a non-refundable fee for
the custom search. The Consus Group keeps the Service Fee to cover the cost of
its service whether or not it locates responsive documents.
3. Responsive Documents. The Consus Group will identify
responsive documents, if any. The customer elects whether to purchase the
responsive documents for their listed price (in addition to the Service Fee).
4. As Available. The Consus Group’s services are offered on an
“as available” basis. The Consus Group does not represent or warrant it will be
able to accept a given service request.
5. No Phone Support. The Consus Group does not provide phone
support for this service. If you wish to speak with a customer service
representative regarding your order, an additional $150 fee is required.
Technical support inquiries will incur additional charges (e.g.,
questions regarding query terms or the database).
6. Terms of Use. By clicking the “Buy Now” button and ordering
this service, customers indicate they have: (a) read The Consus Group’s Terms of
Use; and (b) agreed to the Terms of Use. The Consus Group does not provide any
services for customers who do not agree to its Terms of Use.
