AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
This Severance
Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Franklin Foster
(“Mr. Foster”) and Marten Transport Ltd. (“Marten”) (Mr. Foster and
Marten are collectively referred to as the “Parties” in this Agreement).
