After a site pass customer successfully enters a user name and password, the yellow "Sign In" button changes to a white "Sign Out" button.  This change indicates the user has successfully logged onto TCG's website and can now access our collection.  Note: Our security features automatically "Sign Out" users after several hours of inactivity.  After "Sign Out," users must re-enter their user names and passwords.
