No.  The Consus Group uses PayPal to expedite financial transactions, process payments, and document purchases.  Consequently, PayPal—not TCG—handles customer receipts.

PayPal emails receipts within minutes of purchase.  PayPal's receipts contain various information, including:

• a description of the document or item purchased;

• the purchase amount; and

• a unique transaction identification number.

If you do not receive your receipt within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your email account's junk mail folder and spam settings.  Please contact PayPal for more information.

Within minutes of purchase, The Consus Group also sends emails to customers acknowledging their orders.  Our email, however, contains information regarding orders and subscriptions (e.g., download instructions, password information), and is not intended as a receipt.
