The Consus Group emails most document(s) in HTML format, giving customers numerous viewing options, including:

• Word Processing Programs:  Customers can open document(s) using almost any word processing program.  For example, follow these directions to view document(s) in Microsoft Word:

  1. Save the downloaded document(s) to Desktop.

  2. Start Microsoft Word.  Choose "File" menu and select "Open."

  3. Navigate "Look In" screen to Desktop and highlight the downloaded document(s).

  4. Click "Open."

  5. Save opened document(s) like any Microsoft Word file.

• Browsers:  Customers can view document(s) in any browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Opera) and, using cut and paste functions, transfer the document to virtually any application.
