   THIS ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT is made by and between the LINCOLN VARIABLE
INSURANCE PRODUCTS TRUST (the "Trust"), a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf
of each of its series (the "Funds"), which are listed in Exhibit A of this
Agreement, and THE LINCOLN NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (the
"Administrator"), an Indiana insurance company.

EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT

This Expense Limitation Agreement, effective as of May 1, 2007, by and between The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company (�Lincoln Life�) and Lincoln Variable Insurance Products Trust (the �Trust�), on behalf of its series set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement (the �Funds�).
